You can brew in the comfort of your own home with any of our signature blends. Whether you like the convenience of ground beans or you like to dial in the grind size, we can accommodate! Built on a business model to open a mobile coffee trailer, we have hit a few bumps in the road. Despite our trials, we are still underway to open our mobile coffee trailer for future events! Our Story
Bianchi? Out of all things why would we name our beloved coffee trailer such a unique and easily mispronounced name.
Well, I would like to thank my dad for that...
Richard Bianchi Jr. was a caring, humble man who would put others before himself. The morning of June 25, 2020, we got the call and everything changed. Officer Bianchi passed away in the line of duty serving as a correctional officer for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
My dad had a few sayings that he was known for, but the one that brews this trailer is "make every second count". No matter the environment, he was able to have a positive impact on many lives with the Holy Spirit and a cup of coffee by his side.
